Increasing Intimacy in Committed Couples Workshop
A workshop for couples of all ages and orientations who want to juice up their intimate relationship
Has your sexual relationship become a bit “same old, same old” or infrequent? Do your differences in levels of desire create tensions between you? Has aging impacted your sense of yourself as a sexual being or your enjoyment of sex? Or do you just want to keep the fun and passion alive over the long term? If yes, read on.
Many couples start out their relationship hot and horny, but over the years with the stresses of life, jobs, family, limited time, in addition to the changes with aging, sex can become routine, a source of conflict or rare to non-existent. It doesn’t have to be that way. In this workshop you will learn ways to bring back the passion and excitement through discovering yourself and your partner in new ways as fully alive sexual human beings.
You will learn:
- How to bridge your different levels of desire
- How to communicate effectively about sex
- How to enhance each phase of your sexual arousal cycles
- How to keep sex vibrant as you age
- What may underlie some of your sexual challenges
- How to reintegrate parts of yourself you gave up in response to past messages about your sexuality.
- How to turn sex back into love making
- And much more
All personal work is done with your partner. And don’t worry – no nudity or anything too risqué. Safety and comfort of participants is of the essence and we work to create an environment in which we hope everyone will feel safe enough to stretch into sharing openly with their partner.
